  • How do I open a zip file?

  • Can I customize a document with my information or logo?
    If the file you downloaded is a Word Document, then yes! You can swap out any information with your own. If the document you downloaded is a PDF, you will not be able to change the existing information on the file unless you use an advanced PDF software like Adobe Acrobat. Documents that are meant to be customizable will be not be PDFs.
  • What should I do if my name does not appear on my certificate of completion?
    If your name does not appear in your Certificate, log into your account, go into your profile, and update your personal information. Then go to My Programs, click Completed and Get Certificate. A new certificate will be emailed to you.
