To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions. You can also select Extract All from the command ribbon.

If the file you downloaded is a Word Document, then yes! You can swap out any information with your own. If the document you downloaded is a PDF, you will not be able to change the existing information on the file unless you use an advanced PDF software like Adobe Acrobat. Documents that are meant to be customizable will be not be PDFs.
