How long will I have access to the course and course materials?

The courses are self-paced and are available immediately after purchase. You will have 6 months to complete the course after the date of purchase. You will have the ability to download course resources to your personal devices such as guides, templates, and checklists, but you will not be permitted to download course videos.

How do I open a zip file?

To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions. You can also select Extract All from the command ribbon.

Can I customize a document with my information or logo?

If the file you downloaded is a Word Document, then yes! You can swap out any information with your own. If the document you downloaded is a PDF, you will not be able to change the existing information on the file unless you use an advanced PDF software like Adobe Acrobat. Documents that are meant to be customizable will be not be PDFs.

What should I do if my name does not appear on my certificate of completion?

If your name does not appear in your Certificate, log into your account, go into your profile, and update your personal information. Then go to My Programs, click Completed and Get Certificate. A new certificate will be emailed to you.
